Our story
Why we started
CodeWolfz started from a simple observation: the businesses that need good technology most are the ones large IT vendors are least interested in serving. A clinic with four staff, a hotel with twelve rooms, a retailer with three branches — all running on spreadsheets, all quoted six figures by someone who then took nine months to deliver.
We come from project management and development backgrounds, which means we have watched projects fail from both ends: badly scoped work that ballooned, and well-scoped work that was built carelessly. Both are avoidable, and both come down to the same two things — telling the truth early, and building it right the first time.
So that is what we do. We scope in writing, quote once, and ship in short cycles you can actually see. You own your code. And when the honest answer is that you do not need us, you get that answer too.
